Tips for a Happy N.E.W. Y.E.A.R!

The New Year brings thoughts of new beginnings, resolutions, and possibly making some healthy changes. Resolutions and goals often start out strong, but then seem to fizzle out after a few weeks or months. Try using this this acronym as a reminder to help you stay the course and make your happy New Year even happier and healthier.

Here is to a Happy N.E.W. Y.E.A.R!

N — Never give up, even when you may have set backs.
E — Enjoy the process; after all it is really the journey that counts.
W — Watch your negative or overwhelming thoughts.

Y — You are the reason that the change is worth it!
E — Exist in the present. Don’t dwell in the past or worry about the future.
A — Act as if you have already attained your goal to boost self-confidence.
R — Remember, you are stronger than you think. Remain true to your intentions.
