Position Overview:

The Account Executive will sell True Health Diagnostics services to all disciplines of health care providers that treat chronic diseases and specialize in cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and fatty liver disease, and will grow sales in assigned territory in accordance with assigned quotas established by senior management. The Account Executive will call regularly on health care professionals and support the promotional effort behind the products at True Health Diagnostics. The individual in this role will maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on the product line, to be a reliable source of information to the health care professionals in the territory concerning True Health Diagnostics products.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of three to five years of documented successful sales growth in advanced laboratory biomarker testing.
  • Outside Laboratory Sales experience with establish contacts a must
  • Advanced clinical knowledge of advanced biomarkers, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. The ability to articulate this information when interacting with physicians.
  • Experience calling on Primary Care Physicians, Endocronologists and Cardiologists.
  • Stong written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills. The ability to comfortably give clinical presentations.
  • Working knowledge of the territory/regional market with established relationships in the medical community.
  • Experience using a client relationship database.
  • Working knowledge Microsoft Office products to include: Microsoft Windows OS, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate attention to details, accuracy, ability to handle multiple priorities, and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Good driving record that satisfactorily meets True Health Diagnostics, driver acceptability requirements

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Sells True Health Diagnostics services to all disciplines of healthcare providers that treat chronic diseases and specialize in cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and fatty liver disease. Focuses on primary care physicians and cardiologists.
  • Develops a sales strategy for existing and future territories within True Health Diagnostics geography.
  • Grows sales in assigned territory in accordance with quotas established by senior management.
  • Works at industry trade shows. Builds relationships with key opinion leaders within assigned geography.
  • Plans and implements educational programs for physicians on products and services offered by True Health Diagnostics. Gives clinical presentations as needed.
  • Conducts inservices with accounts and follows up to ensure operational effeciency for both the practice and True Health Diagnostics .
  • Provides feedback to marketing and senior management concerning market competition and customer feedback within assigned geographical territory. Provides sales input into marketing and promotional media.
  • Coordinates with multiple departments regarding internal resources to ensure the timely and accurate receipt of product for customers.
  • Maintains accurate records of all prospecting activities including sales calls, and presentations and follow-up activities within assigned territory. Documents sales activities, pipeline, referrals, and forecast in client relatrionship database.
  • Adheres to True Health Diagnostics safety and compliance guidelines. Training is provided annually and review is provided as need during staff and team meetings.
  • Adheres to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality.
  • Adhere to and uphold all applicable federal and state compliance regulations as well as True Health’s Code of Conduct and Ethical Responsibility, compliance policies and procedures, and applicable healthcare fraud, waste and abuse laws. Ensure adherence to these compliance standards among all True Health colleagues for whom I am responsible to manage and oversee.
